Brand GlobalizationOperations Manager
Job Description :
1.Responsible for expanding resources on overseas social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, including influencers/MCNs/Agencies, and categorizing them by type and region;
2.Contact high-quality KOLs that align with the brand's tone to seek collaborations;
3.Establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperation channels with quality influencers;
4.Manage the collaboration process on behalf of the brand, assist in content planning, and ensure the global marketing projects are executed;
5.Monitor the progress of influencer promotions, analyze results, and optimize the quality of KOLs and marketing strategies based on performance.
Job Requirements :
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in English, Japanese, Arabic, Spanish preferred, overseas study and work experience is a plus;
2.Familiar with foreign cultures and interested in overseas social media and influencers; understanding of overseas social media practices is preferred;
3.Excellent communication, development, negotiation, and coordination skills;
4.Strong information gathering, integration capabilities, and good creative writing and planning skills;
5.Having resources of overseas KOLs/KOCs/MCNs is preferred.
